Welcome to Pennant Lane! This was such a fun project for us. It was our first-ever ground-up project.
While you may only seeing the bones of this house - the small details are what makes this home. From the tile/flooring work, to the 10ft ceilings, to the black framed portrait windows, the tall baseboards, the built in closets, the arched doorways, to as small as the outlet placements, the hardware selection, the slow close cabinets, the window placements in each room, the ventilation placements in each room, to the lighting in each room. We can’t wait to see whoever gets to make this house a home!
